The SL-236 SMART-LIFT™ is a popular solution for corporate offices and sophisticated homes to electrically lower projectors from high ceilings. Designed to fit most installation requirements, the SL-236 needs only eleven inches of ceiling clearance, easily accommodates multiple control options, and is plenum rated. We understand the complexity of lift installations and have a helpful technical staff available to assist with questions. The Smart-Lift Electric Ceiling Lift for LCD/DLP projectors is a reliable, heavy-duty and affordably priced video lift mechanism.

The SL-236 is a solution for installations that have up to 36" vertical travel requirements. The SL-236 is designed for home theater, conference rooms or auditorium applications. It's uni-body construction gives the Smart-lift 36" an attractive clamshell construction versus the standard two-sided scissor arms.

*As of June 24, 2002, Chief's SL-150 and SL-236 are in compliance with the National Electrical Code requirements outlined in NEC Article 300.22 C when installed in accordance with Chief's instructions for plenum rated installations.
